At KOKO Coffee, we love being a part of the local community and creating spaces where people can come together and celebrate. One of our favorite traditions involves Professor Kyle Gobrogge and his summer neuroscience class from Boston University.
Every summer, Professor Gobrogge brings his students to the nearby Boston Aquarium for their last class of the term. This tradition is a highlight for the students, who get to unwind and explore the wonders of marine life after a rigorous term of studying. But the fun doesn’t stop at the aquarium.
After their visit, the class heads over to KOKO Coffee’s 255 State Street location, just across from this Boston landmark. Here, they indulge in a well-deserved coffee and brunch, sharing stories, memes, and laughs. It’s a time for the students to reflect on their accomplishments, celebrate their hard work, and enjoy some of KOKO’s finest drinks and signature pastries.
Professor Gobrogge’s tradition of ending the term with a visit to KOKO Coffee has become a cherished part of the summer session. It’s a testament to the importance of community, relaxation, and celebration in the academic journey. We are honored to be a part of this special tradition and look forward to many more summers of hosting Professor Gobrogge and his wonderful students.
Join us at KOKO Coffee, where every cup celebrates community, learning, and connection. Whether you’re here to study, relax, or celebrate, we have a place for you. Cheers to another successful term and the joy of joining KOKO Coffee!
